North-West Tasmanian Coastal Cemeteries

This site is designed to help people researching early ancestors and arrivals on the North West Coast of Tasmania.

All of the cemeteries listed here have no early records of burials available so the information has been sourced from headstones, early newspaper articles obituaries and family information. The major newspapers used are The Advocate, The North West Post, The Examiner and the Devon Herald. Also extracts from "Bushlife in Tasmania" the final volume of "Planting a Faith"
